Patient Billing

 For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

Our goal is to provide the highest quality of dental care possible and to have clear communication of our financial policy.

* Parents NOT accompanying their children to an appointment MUST make prior arrangements for payment (cash, check or credit card authorization).

* Parents accompanying  their children are financially responsible for payment.

* There will be a processing charge for non-sufficient fund or returned checks.

Please Note: Because instruments, chairs and personnel are reserved exclusively for your appointment, there is a charge for CHANGED or BROKEN APPOINTMENTS LESS THAN 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE.

We also accept third party financing through CareCredit.
